General provisions

1. The engineer-energetic concerns a professional category.
2. The person having the higher professional (technical) education and the experience of work on a speciality on technical posts not less of 3 years or average professional (technical) formation and the experience of work on a speciality on technical posts is appointed to a post of the engineer-power.
3. Appointment to the post of the engineer-power and clearing of it is made by the order of the enterprise is director for representation

Functions

The engineer-energetic:

• Provides trouble-free work, correct operation, repair and modernization of the power equipment, electric and thermal networks, air pipes and gas pipelines.
• Defines requirement of manufacture for fuel and energy resources, prepares necessary substantiations of modernization, development of a power economy, reconstruction and modernization of systems of power supply.
• Makes demands for acquisitions of the equipment, materials, the spare parts necessary for operation of a power economy, carries out calculations with necessary substantiations of actions for economy of power resources, requirements of divisions of the enterprise in electric, thermal and other kinds of energy, participates in working out of holes of their expense, an operating mode of divisions of the enterprise, proceeding from requirements for energy.
